Super Vel Ammunition 45 ACP 160 grain Solid Copper Hollow Point Brass Cased Pistol Ammo, 500 Rounds, 45160500

"Super Vel Ammunition 45 ACP 160 grain Solid Copper Hollow Point Brass Cased Pistol Ammo, 500 Rounds, 45160500. 45 ACP cartridge reaches a whole new level of performance with our 160 gr. Solid Copper Hollow Point (SCHP) at an honest 1200 fps. Expansion is reliable and dramatic typically .900 caliber and bullets display a six-petal sharp profile from pre-fluted grooves in the bullet nose to dictate the expansion and shape. As much as we respect our Super Vel 185 gr. JHP load (also a +P loading like the 160 gr. SCHP) we have to confess the 160 gr. SCHP is a better load. Solid copper bullets are barrier blind so unlike a conventional jacketed-lead combination a solid copper bullet penetrates right through sheetrock plywood car doors windshield glass and heavy clothing.
