1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Loadout Combat Lab (the “Service”), operated by Lightning Command Lines LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Loadout Combat Lab. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Loadout Combat Lab is an online firearms parts configurator and community platform. The Service allows users to research parts, create build configurations, share builds with the community, and access third-party retailer links for purchasing. Loadout Combat Lab is not a firearms dealer. We do not sell, distribute, manufacture, or transfer firearms, firearm parts, or ammunition. All purchasing occurs through independent third-party retailers. Product information, including prices, specifications, and availability, is provided for reference purposes and may not always be current. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Loadout Combat Lab participates in affiliate programs with select retailers. When you click a retailer link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These affiliate relationships do not influence our product listings, compatibility data, or build recommendations. Product images and trademarks displayed on the Service belong to their respective owners. Loadout Combat Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any firearms manufacturer.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with Loadout Combat Lab, you agree to the following:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
  • Keep your password secure and confidential. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content

Loadout Combat Lab allows users to submit content including forum posts, build configurations, reviews, comments, and other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Lightning Command Lines LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the community. The following types of User Content are prohibited:

  • Spam, unsolicited advertisements, or commercial solicitation.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive language directed at other users.
  • Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Misleading or deliberately false information regarding firearms safety or legality.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to compromise, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or connected systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without prior written permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Post or transmit content that is illegal under federal, state, or local law.
  • Use the Service to facilitate any transaction involving restricted or prohibited items.
  • Interfere with or disrupt other users' ability to use the Service.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and other materials comprising the Service (excluding User Content) are the property of Lightning Command Lines LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service without our express written consent. User Content remains the property of the respective user who submitted it, subject to the license granted in Section 4 above.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Lightning Command Lines LLC makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of parts compatibility information, pricing data, product availability, or any other information presented on the Service. We are not gunsmiths, firearms engineers, or licensed professionals. All build configurations and compatibility checks should be verified by a qualified, licensed gunsmith before any assembly or use.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGHTNING COMMAND LINES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on any information obtained through the Service, assembly of firearms based on build configurations, or any transactions with third-party retailers accessed through the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us for use of the Service, which for free-tier users is zero dollars ($0.00).

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive any objection to venue therein.

11. Changes to Terms

Lightning Command Lines LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be posted prominently on the Service. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
