Your Rights Under CCPA / CPRA

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information to or with third parties, as those terms are defined under California law.

Loadout Combat Lab, operated by Lightning Command Lines LLC, does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months and do not intend to do so going forward.

What We Do With Your Data

We collect limited personal information — such as your email address if you create an account or sign up for price alerts — solely to operate and improve Loadout Combat Lab. Specifically, we use your information to:

• Provide the price comparison and product listing service;
• Send price alerts and email notifications you have explicitly subscribed to;
• Maintain your account and preferences;
• Improve site performance, detect fraud, and ensure security;
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer personal information to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services and Links

Loadout Combat Lab links to third-party retailers (such as Amazon, OpticsPlanet, and others) through affiliate and partnership programs. When you click a “Buy” or retailer link, you leave our site and are subject to that retailer's privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies before making a purchase.

We may use analytics tools and advertising technologies on our site. Where those technologies involve the use of cookies or similar identifiers that could constitute “sharing” under CPRA, we rely on industry-standard opt-out mechanisms including Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or device transmits a GPC signal, we will honor it.
