It consists of a 3X Locking Buckle attached to 2in (50mm) webbing on both ends. The MLS 16 is securely attached to the webbing via two Allen screws. This system shifts the weight off the belt and allows mounting of a tactical holster directly to MOLLE loops on a vest or belt.
