Qad Ultra Rest Hdx

While we had many requests for an 'easy out' on the launcher we either had people tell us that they wanted an even softer launcher or that the cocking mechanism would stay in the up position better if we cocked it instead of draw it back. The answer to our customers was 'nothing'.
